Our class offerings are designed with safety, accessibility and community in mind. All levels of experience are welcome and encouraged! Adjustments and props are always available as well as options to advance.

Class Descriptions

  • Heated Vinyasa

    Vinyasa yoga is a creative sequence of asanas (poses) that link breath to movement. In this class we incorporate the pillars of dharana (mental focus), pranayama (breath work) and tapas (heat). This class is a safe space for students to tap into self discovery through strength and endurance.

  • Power Vinyasa

    This class is high energy and incorporates dynamic shapes through creative sequencing. Power Vinyasa encourages students to explore their inner strength through movement while maintaining focus on ujjayi (yogic breath), drishti (concentrated gaze) and dharana (mental focus).

  • Vinyasa + Yin Fusion

    Inspired by the qualities of Yin and Yang, this class starts with the first half incorporating a Vinyasa style practice of fun and creative sequencing connecting breath to movement. The second half of this class transitions into a Yin style practice which is a slower pace where shapes are held for longer allowing deeper release into the muscles and fascia.
